Where comfort meets hospitality!

This is a super family owned apartment complex in a quiet and central location. Beaches, supermarket, shops, restaurants and bus station all within a short walk. Beautifully maintained. Extremely comfortable large bed and quality pillows, towels and bed linen. Good shower. A range of apartments to choose from (we stayed in a one bedroom and a studio). Electric kettle. We were there for Easter and owners gave us a delicious home cooked traditional dinner and baked goods - also beautiful home grown organic lemons. Although hosts on site didn't speak English, Nancy responded to Booking.com messages instantly. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay to 10 days. Husband loved insect screens on doors!

Very close to city center and within walking distance, and it had a parking area where we could leave our car. The owner and her parents welcomed us very warmly. They speak German and English. The snacks and drinks they offered were a nice gesture. It’s a newly built apartment, has large rooms, very large balcony and has abundant kitchenware. A market and a bakery are very close by. They gave us suggestions for beaches where we could swim and recommended places to eat. For those who don’t want to stay in crowded cities like Chania or Rethymno, Palaiochora is a very lovely town.

The apartment was very clean, very well appointed including a good size balcony with views towards the mountains. It was also also nicely located on the edge of town in a quiet location but still within an easy walk of the beach, shops and bars/restaurants.

Excellent self contained accommodation close to everything. easy walk to both beaches, taverns, public bus stop & local supermarkets and shops. The facilities were pretty much new and everything was spotless.
